Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

     -Include all original accessories

     -Be returned in reasonable condition (items may be slightly used)

     -Be sent back within the 90-day return window

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@getsculpther.co. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We do not cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns. Any necessary return labels will need to be covered by you after your return request has been reviewed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@getsculpther.co. In these cases, we will issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Availability

Currently, we only ship to customers located within the United States, and returns are only accepted from addresses within the United States.
